Lindsay Lohan Car Chase Victim Speaks
A woman who was in the car that Lindsay Lohan chased before being arrested says the incident caused emotional trauma and cost her thousands of dollars in doctors’ bills and a well-paying job. I smell a book deal and three part mini-series. Tracie Rice was in a car driven by Michele Peck, the mother of Lohan’s assistant who had recently quit, when Lohan trailed them to the Santa Monica Police Department headquarters during a pre-dawn July chase. Peck told police she was being chased by a sport utility vehicle, and police later determined Lohan was the driver. I’d like to know the name of the scumbag attorney that is representing this ridiculous lawsuit. I would counter-sue this beatch Lindsay!

The legal battle between Lindsay Lohan and the motorist who claimed she ploughed into him after dining at Los Angeles restaurant The Ivy has been settled. Raymundo Ortega launched a suit against the actress last summer, claiming Lohan had been drinking at the trendy restaurant minutes before she collided with him on Robertson Boulevard in October, 2005. Ortega’s claims conflicted with police reports, which suggested he was to blame for the car crash. Lohan settled with Ortega on Friday. Details of the deal were not available when Wenn went to press.
