Britney Spears racked up a $3,000 baby boutique Bel Bambini, L.A’s ritzy Robertson Boulevard this weekend. “Back up, she’s pregnant!,” one paparazzo shouted as Britney left the store. However, the pop queen was just purchasing some baby gifts for childhood Mickey Mouse Club co-star Christina Aguilera.
Reports have been circulating over the weekend that Britney Spears failed a drug test. However her friends and handlers are saying it was a false reading. They claim it was Britney’s prescription for Provigil – used to treat her narcolepsy – that botched the test. Star Muscle did some investigating and learned that these claims are bogus:In generic drug testing — the type performed on Britney — there is not a special screening for Provigil. In addition, we know the tests actually performed on Spears (until last week) all came back negative, and she had been taking Provigil before that.
Kevin Federline has decided to subpoena a TMZ video that shows Britney Spears blowing through a red light with her children in the backseat (and a court appointed monitor sitting in the passenger seat, wtf?).Texting seems to be the culprit, as Britney holds her phone up to her face as she misses the light.
A motorcycle-bound member of the paparazzi was seriously injured while chasing Britney Spears on Monday night, roughly a mile from the Beverly Hills Four Seasons Hotel. Several cars were in line chasing Brit when one hit another photog on a motorcycle, throwing the rider off the bike and on to the road. We’re told the rider was injured seriously and transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. His current condition is critical.The paparazzi was hit by a silver Range Rover and was literally smashed under its wheels. We need new legislation put in Congress to protect our brethren. From what we hear, the body went into seizure and then it just stopped moving, an eyewitness tells Star Muscle. You are in our prayers oh celebrity brother.
Celebrity trainwreck Britney Spears has finally decided to seek some good therapy. On November 1st, Britney began treatment with Beverly Hills shrink Dr. Andrew Christensen. Good, now if we could just get her to a hairstylist….“She knows she needs helps. It wasn’t easy for her to accept it, but she did,” a friend tells In Touch Weekly.“Britney really wants to make things better. She said that the doctor was very sweet.”

Britney Spears’ people have found a new excuse for her botched drug test after the Provigil claim was debunked. They’re blaming her inhaler which is also a highly unlikely cause. Now the same source says the drug that showed up may have been Albuterol, an asthma drug. But, again, we checked and Albuterol is not an amphetamine, and the class of drug that showed up on the test was an amphetamine.
