Comedian Jerry Seinfeld has defended his celebrity chef wife Jessica from allegations she stole recipes from another high-profile cook, calling her accuser a “wacko.”
Jessica Seinfeld’s new Deceptively Delicious cookbook, about hiding healthy ingredients in foods children will eat, is already a U.S. bestseller. But the mother-of-three, 36, is facing accusations her recipes are suspiciously similar to those of chef and baby-products mogul Missy Chase Lapine.
Lapine’s book, The Sneaky Chef: Simple Strategies For Hiding Healthy Foods In Kids’ Favorite Meals, came out in April. But Jerry Seinfeld insists false accusations are part of being in the public eye.
You can bet that if the circumstances were in reverse Jerry would be suing the beJESUS out of that other lady, stating her concept of tricking kids into eating vegetables was copywritten by her. Jerry attacking this ACCREDITTED lady is very weak and shameless. By him comparing it to the wacko that went after Letterman has got to really piss off Dave.
