Colin Farrell Is An Asshole
While in Toronto filming, Colin Farrell caught up with a buddy of his that he hadn’t seen in years and learned the guy was homeless. Since the guy didn’t really have anything to his name Colin took him on a little shopping spree. Colin Farrell Is An Asshole.
“Farrell reportedly told shop assistants, “Get him anything he wants. Whatever he needs,� before shelling out $2,100 (£1,050) on new clothes and outdoor gear at Toronto’s Europe Bound Travel Outfitters store. Staff helped the homeless man, known as Stress, and Farrell pick out a coat, a sleeping bag, and a rucksack stuffed with socks, boots and new underwear. “He was a cool guy. He doesn’t act like a movie star,� store manager Dave Mott said.
According to newspaper the Toronto Sun, after the shopping spree, Farrell asked Mott for directions to the nearest bank machine, where he withdrew a wad of $20 (£10)notes for Stress. Now Stress reportedly plans to take a bike trip around Farrell’s native Ireland.�
I bet the guy returned all the shit and bought crack…I hope he had his receipt.
Whatever it cost Colin, it was cheaper than him placing a front page ad on the Toronto Sun newspaper. Doesn’t Colin know about the killings in Toronto from panhandlers this summer? Wait til next years’ film festival. Every single drug addict and crazy person will be stalking celebrities and bothering good people in Toronto. Beggars and panhandlers are like seaguls, feed them and they won’t leave you alone. Assholes like Colin Farrell only make things worse……but as long as you feel good about yerself mate….that’s all that matters…. ey!

Considering he was a friend of his, and it never said he was a panhandler (just homeless), and all he did was something kind and humanitarian, how can you think he’s an asshole by that alone? Way to be a good person!

Oh yeah I saw this movie already, its called REIGN OVER ME and I know for a fact that Colin rented that movie recently at a Blockbuster that I work at. He needed some press and this was a big stunt. What are the odds of you bumping into a friend under these circumstances. Total bullshit. Screw that brunette-cheaper-brad-pitt substitute.
