Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey are headed for Splitsville over Nick’s unwillingness to hop aboard on Vannie’s plan for her own reality series.
Vanessa has been knocking on the door of every major television network in hopes of landing a reality show, but Nick has vowed never to return to the roots of his ‘Newlyweds’ fame.
“Vanessa has been trying to get Nick to change his mind for months because she really needs the show to get her career off the ground-but he isn’t budging,” says a source close to celebrity snitch Mike Walker.
Nick has responded with a resounding: “No way I’m going down that road again.”
The reality disagreement has lead to a breakdown in the pair’s once fiery romance. The couple recently had a loud argument during a night out at Los Angeles’ Opera Nightclub.

If the rumors are true and Vanessa is using him to boost her career, Nick needs to tell her to hit the road. He’s already been hurt by Jessica. He doesn’t need to deal with Jessica #2, aka Vanessa Minnillo.
