Hilarious actor Owen Wilson is currently being treated in a hospital after what is believed to be a suicide attempt, in which the actor seemingly slit his wrists and took an overdose of pills.The funnyman, who starred in the hit movie ‘Wedding Crashers’ along with many others, is being treated in a California hospital for what appears to be an attempted suicide. According to the National Enquirer’s editor-in-chief David Perel: “Owen Wilson has now been transferred from St. John’s to another Los Angeles area hospital. His brothers Andrew and Luke are with him.”"Andrew found him after the suicide attempt and called an ambulance. Both of Owen’s wrists were slashed superficially and Owen had taken an overdose of pills.”"Owen was found with a nearly empty bottle of pills next to him. He was at his house in Santa Monica. What a sad sad story. Best of luck Owen, you are in our prayers.

Courtney Love has done her fair share of dabbling with drugs; now, with her friend Owen Wilson supposedly going down a similar path, she’s speaking out about who she claims is a bad influence.
“Owen started hanging out around the wrong people again,” a source was quoted as saying by Us Weekly. Love has voiced similar sentiments in regards to actor Steve Coogan, whom she used to date. “I went through it with Steve,” she told Us. “I was just out of rehab, and he was right there with the drugs. I tried to warn Owen. I tried to warn his friends… I hope from the bottom of my heart that Owen stays the hell away from [Coogan].”

They once were one of Hollywood’s most comely couples, but it seems Owen Wilson’s family wants his road to recovery to be free of his former flame Kate Hudson.
According to a New York Daily News insider, a “frustrated” Kate has been trying to reach out to the saddened star, but her attempts have been nixed by Wilson’s family.
Another source close to the “Wedding Crasher” believes this is probably because Hudson’s new romance deepened Owen’s depression and may have led to his suicide attempt.
Calls to reps for both Hudson and Wilson were not returned
