Rebecca Romijn Jerry O’Connell Get Married
Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell were married on Saturday in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles, Romijn’s rep Lewis Kay tells PEOPLE.
Romijn, 34, wore a Ralph Lauren gown and jewelry by Neil Lane as she and O’Connell, 33, exchanged vows in front of 100 family and friends. The couple’s two dogs Taco and Better – dressed in black bow ties – also joined in on the festivities, running around the grounds.
“It was a perfect celebration and Jerry and I couldn’t be happier,” Romijn tells PEOPLE.
The couple met in the fall of 2004 when Romijn was scouting for her documentary Wet Dreams, about choreographing the fountains at Las Vegas’ Bellagio Hotel and Casino.
“We met Jerry at a party,” Romijn told PEOPLE. “We told him what we were doing and he was like, ‘You’re making a documentary out of this? I want to be the boom operator!’ He was totally game.”
O’Connell proposed to Romijn in September 2005, during a trip to New York. This is the first marriage for O’Connell and the second for Romijn. Romijn currently stars in ABC’s hit comedy Ugly Betty. O’Connell will be starring in ABC’s new comedy Carpoolers this fall.

Jerry O’Connell’s only been wearing a wedding ring for a little more than a month, and he’s making sure he won’t lose it anytime soon.
“I get very nervous when I have to take my wedding ring off,” O’Connell, who married Rebecca Romijn this summer, told People magazine. “But I have to everyday at work, so I safety pin it to my underwear so I’ll never forget it.”
Romijn, whose character on Ugly Betty also doesn’t wear a wedding ring, keeps her wedding band in a more conventional location. “She leaves it at home by the sink,” O’Connell said. “I like wearing my wedding ring, it’s nice.”
