Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning July 24, 2007, a spokesman for the Santa Monica police confirmed to Star MUSCLE. This is NOT an old article folks, check the date!Sgt. Robert Hernandez of the Santa Monica police department said Lohan was booked for DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a controlled substance into a custody facility and driving on a suspended or revoked license. Hernandez said cocaine was found in Lohan’s pocket during a search at the police station and that her blood alcohol was found to be .12 percent and .13 percent. Seems like AA isn’t working out too much for her. Police said they received a call around 1:30 a.m. from passengers in a black Cadillac Escalade sport utility vehicle who said they were being chased by a white Denali SUV. Police met up with the SUVs in the parking lot of Santa Monica’s Civic Center, about a block away from the police department.
When police approached the Denali, they recognized Lohan as the driver. The passengers in the other vehicle apparently know Lohan, but did not realize she was chasing them. Lohan had two passengers in her vehicle. There were three people in the other vehicle, police said. Can’t this chick afford a driver? Maybe Lindsay wants to go to jail like Paris Hilton did. These chicks love the attention.

give her a break! get her help up hear in canada(much better Tx. centres here–the cops were prob pretty anxious/and happy to make this arrest.—Jail wont help–more drugs in jail then on the streets—she has alot to lose–time for help–but she wont get it at a celeb.–rehab!!!

Since yesterday we’ve learned the person she was chasing in her white Denali early Tuesday morning was her former assistant, and it was the assistant that called the police. Her assistant has quit working for Lindsay and earlier that day and somehow that led to the heated argument that ended up in a car cash and cocaine somehow getting in Lindsay’s pocket.

Here’s a conspiracy theory folks (not mine):
First off, for all of you that say that Time Warner isn’t doing anything wrong…then why the hell is the TMZ.com (a website owned by AOL Time Warner) logo watermarked on the OFFICIAL Beverly Hills city announcement that Lindsay Lohan surrendered to police??? This is the most glaring proof that the city of Beverly Hills (not just the police there) were taking bribes directly from AOL Time Warner, and not Paris Hilton as I originally thought. This doesn’t sound too far-fetched: all it takes is a $20 million bribe, and the police can lie about anything. First it’s Beverly Hills, then it’s Santa Monica. I guess the LAPD was too untouchable to be bribed.
Second, I know for a fact that Lindsay Lohan (or even Paris Hilton, for that matter) is NOT stupid enough to get drunk and do drugs right after she gets out of rehab for a previous drunk driving arrest. I’m not defending Paris Hilton here — I was just trying to make a point, since Paris Hilton is one of the stupidest celebrities in Hollywood. I HATE Paris Hilton.
When the police arrested Lohan in May, the drugs were on Samantha Ronson’s person, not Lohan’s; and yet, Samantha Ronson doesn’t get charged with drug possession — only Lohan does. And why the hell does Lohan get completely bogus hit-and-run charges when she was only going to the hospital for injuries? Anyone who thinks that that’s not proof of a frame-up can kiss my ass.
The more recent drunk driving arrest was because Lohan was driving erratically…IN HOT PURSUIT of her former assistant. OF COURSE she’s going to drive erratically…she was in HOT PURSUIT of that van, though I’m still trying to figure out why. Did anyone in Santa Monica other than those crooked, bribe-taking cops actually SEE Lohan taking a sobriety test? If not, then there’s more proof that the Santa Monica police are lying about the sobriety test and all that.
Finally, I remember a guy under the screenname of Deadly_Doltono who used to post on these forums. He claimed that E! Online (which is also owned by AOL Time Warner) was making the graphics and tiles for a page about Lindsay Lohan’s death. I know for a fact that there’s a conspiracy if AOL Time Warner is anticipating her death…possibly, a conspiracy to kill her. If Lohan ends up getting assassinated, then I’ll know for a fact that it was some assassin for AOL Time Warner that assassinated her, no matter what they say on the news. Deadly_Doltono used to post on the forums all the time, but we haven’t heard from him since June 5th. I sent a private message to him asking him how he found the graphics and tiles for that page, but he didn’t respond. I sure hope he didn’t get killed by those assassins…finding out that they were anticipating Lindsay Lohan’s death is enough reason for a corporation to send out assassins to kill someone.

Lindsay Lohan decided to beat Nicole Richie’s time of 82 minutes and spent 84 minutes behind bars yesterday. Lindsay was convicted in August for DUI and cocaine-possession stemming from an arrest in July. She checked herself into Cirque Lodge rehab facility and was ordered to serve one day in jail before January, according to Reuters:Lohan was also sentenced to 10 days of community service, three years probation and 18 months of an alcohol-education program.Jail sentences for minor crimes are often cut short by Los Angeles sheriffs, who manage the county jails, because of overcrowding.
