An Australian rag called Famous has published the first set of “hardcore sexâ€? photos of the two during their Mexican getaway. Since 3 days ago Nick and his lawyers, being the little bitches that they are, have been tearing through the internet bullying celebrity blogs to take down the pictures. So we can’t show you the real pics. Once a boyband bitch, always a boyband bitch. I tell you what Nick….next time you have sex out in public I hope you get arrested…and YES the photos are public domain when you do it out in the open.

Here’s an update:
Despite their defense, Lachey and Minnillo have through their lawyers issued a warning to media outlets preventing them from publishing their sex photos. “The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos,” the couple’s lawyer, Marty Singer, said in a statement.

I have to agree with a comment above. “Hey Nick and Vanessa, could you guys be anymore public having sex when you know someone can just snap a picture of you guys!! So if you want to prevent such news, I suggest doing it inside your hotel room, with the doors locked and windows down and covered.” If you guys weren’t doing it public, all this wouldn’t have happened.”
