I’m actually quite disappointed, thought this site had nude male actors posing in delicious full-frontal spreads. you do a lot of reviewing movies like i do at movieguide.org and you get a real hankering for some man-pipe imagery.

Many overseas people come to Australia looking to buy a business and make it in this beautiful country. DON”T DO OT!!! The Australian Government has such a bad reputation for looking after its employee’s but not looking after it’s employers. In fact a great del of bullying goes on. take The state Queensland. Queensland has two main institutions in The Queensland Workers Ombudsman and Industrial Relations. They both use bullying tactics to resolve their disputes.For example first hand I witnessed this, a representative called me after a disgruntled employee called her telling her lies and deceipt so as to get more money.
So the ombudsman says to me before I even get to reply and tell them my side of the story to pay it or they will 1. take me to court I said no 2. they replied well we will go through your book have your books ready and we will find everything and fine you it will be more than the money you owe I still said no 3. she said well we will disrupt your business and come in and interview everyone I still said no 4. Well we willbreach you just pay it. This is how much you will pay. Is what they said.
Industrial Relations not much better. An employee stole a heap of things from my shop. I paid her up until she got the sack but didn’t pay her for any accrued leave AS SHE STOLE FROM SHOP. stopped the interview when you agreed to pay the notice part of the
claim. The employee has acknowledged she would accept without prejudice
the amount previously discussed however will not drop the claim

Amazing he told me that he would no longer get me to bring in my books and interview my staff if I just pay the amount. It will all go away just pay the amount. EVERY EMPLOYER IS GUILTY IN AUSTRALIA. Whether you are or your not your guiilty. As if you want to stick up for your rights, then they will get you, if you don’t they will get you. In Australia 75% of your income goes to wages the other 25% goes to bills and if you have anything left for the week lucky you!!!!!!!!! You never know the industrial relations and ombusbman may get you to pay that to your staff.
