It all started when Rosie got mad because Elisabeth would not disagree that she thought Rosie think our troops are terrorists. And then, the producers even went to split-screen action. This is great TV!

Rosie, you are a very open, opinonated, honest woman despite waht people think of you I agree with you 100% that many Aemricans will take Elizabeth’s side (Out of Stupitidy in my opinon)I don’t knw how much more has to be revealed to prove that the war in Iraq is completely senseless. At this point They are out to kill our troops. 81 dead so far this month!
How many more must die for Americans to get it? Yes we are living in a world where terror is imminent. We just have to all be mindful and continue to report any suspicious action that we may see to avoid another episode like 9/11 Who’s paying ateetnion to all the mis deeds taht have arisen due tothis administration? Loss of more jobs, ordable housing , more and more scandals being revealed that that have illegal and improper undertaking. How much more needs to be seen to manifest that we as a country are in the wrong direction? I want our soldiers to come home! Especially since a good majority come from poor and lower income families. I’m sure it would bea differnt story if more affluent American famiies (including politicians) children were in threat of their lives we’d seea different form of action.

Rosie, Elizabeth knew people would take her side thats why she acted like she did.But when she screamed at you it made me mad.Glad you got her told thought you have put up with her crap from day one.I loved the View when you were on there.NOT ANYMORE!!!!I know you are married to a woman and I dont believe in that type of partners.But its your life as well as others like that and you can live how you want to.God Bless You for standing up for our troops.People think you called them terriosts but I watched the show that day and thats not what you said.As far as Trump goes please don’t waste your breath on him…He knows he can get publicity every time you respond to his foolish remarks.Like he had to stick his fat big nose in what happen between you and the dingy blonde.You are to good for them.I watched your talk show when you had it and will continue to follow what you do.You are a good person who stands up for herself.More woman need to be that way.As far as Trump being oh so perfect his little daughter isn’t so perfect according to her pictures I have seen.And the wife is there for money and he probaly is her boss.He says you ruined the View really has he ever realized his show was the DUMBEST ON TV!!I don’t see how people watched.As far as Elizabeth who was she before the View..Nothing!!!!!!!!!GOOD GOING ROSIE~!!!LOVE YA FOR WHAT YOU DO!!

I just think Rosie is so White Trash. Who cares if she is gay or fat? She isn’t educated, well spoken and very ignorant. She always acts “Getto” when confronted. Yelling and saying the same thng over and over is exactly what you see on Jerry Springer. That is how she has a conversation. I don’t think the War is just, but I also don’t think USA should just pull out. Why don’t Rosie ever say what the solution is to end this war? It’s easy to call everyone else a terrorist, but how about giving her opion on what should be done with the middle east instabilaty. I think this whole thing is about oil, but if nothing is done, you think paying $4.00 a gallon is high? Should the US just switch over to bio-fuel and just let the Arabs do what they want and take over Isreal, develope Nukes and keep fighting themselves like they have been for thousands of years? Rosie, don’t you have any thoughts that are helpful? I do believe Trump’s description of her. She’s mean, stupid and a mess.

I think Rosie needs to stay calm and speak her mind in an adult manner. She also needs to learn to listen to others whether she agrees with their opinions or not.I am not impressed with Elizabeth in any way..but Rosie came off as a bully and a child unable and unwilling to listen to another’s view without being defensive. She should have risen above it all and left the people watching to decide for themselves what they thought.Ignoring that “the show must go on”, and ignoring the other show hosts, was ignorant,disrespectful and selfish of Elizabeth and Rosie. They were put in a VERY uncomfortable position sitting between the battling “children”.Instead of them both becoming so defensive, they could have just stopped and agreed to disagree, then put it aside, showing they were mature professionals. This looked like two children , not two adults. Maybe I single Rosie out more than Elizabeth because I expect more of her. She must remember she is a role model to her children and fans…is this the way she wants them to behave? What kind of world it would be…if we all forgot what the phrase “Tolerance for others” meant. It’s time to mature Rosie.

We tell the terrorists that if any American soldier dies we will never take her off tv or radio. I bet they surrender before one week. I am glad that Rosie is leaving The View. The show is called The View, not Rosie’s view! She bullies everyone into her view and does not let others speak about their views. Rosie and Elizabeth might not agree on their views which is fine, but Rosie starts attacking anyone that does not see her view. She personally attacked Elizabeth first with words, if she was very hurt by actions from a previous show then she should have spoke in private with Elizabeth instead of doing a sneak attack on her while on the View. I am glad that Elizabeth stood up to the bully. If she wanted to become a part of The View co-host, then she should have learned to listen to others for some of their views instead of forcing her view on them. If I am not mistaken Rosie has personally attacked others for their views throughout her career and if she was such a great friend to others, how comes they are not coming to her defense for her views throughout these different attacks.

I think ELisabeth loves to be always right and she LOVES to talk OVER anyone else who is trying to make a point, especially Rosie. I love Rosie (don’t condone her lifestyle but that’s it). I think she a great comedienne and she deserved to be treated at the View. The war in Iraq is a VERY hot topic…maybe not appropriate with these two on it. I am a Canadian and I support our troops but I think Americans have a war monger for a President. I think the Iraq/Afghanistan crisis is another Viet Nam. And that president wore it. Good luck to Rosie on whatever venture she seeks. I know I’ll be watching her. As for Elisbeth, when she starts running off at the mouth, I change the channel.

I find it very sad that these two talented women cannot handle themselves more gracefully under pressure. I love Rosie even though I disagree with much of what she says. But she is incapable of discussing an issue. She has to bully her way to force her opinion with no regard for anyone else. She would be much more persuasive if she could actually listen and respond intelligently instead of slinging insults. Elisabeth has always been the minority conservative on that show and I give her a lot of credit for thinking quick on her feet when she is always alone with the conservative view. Until Wednesday, she was always grace under pressure. I hope they will come to some sort of truce. There’s no purpose to keep the fight going. The power to influence is much stronger with a gentle voice.

You know, I listened to this clip without watching the images. And it is VERY clear that Rosie was bullying Elizabeth, and not the other way around.
Ms. Hasselbeck was being accused here, and not given even one respectful moment to give a clear reply. When she did manage to get in a reply, Rosie insulted her by insinuating that she’s a deceptive speaker. She then quickly turned the conversation to her advantage by playing the “victim” card to manipulate the audience.
It’s very clear, the disrespector here was not Ms. Hasselbeck, and Ms. O’Donnell needs to take responsibility for her behavior. She instigated the fight, she perpetuated it, she attacked another person, and refused to allow that person to properly defend herself without having to become angry and agitated. This is very manipulative IMO and not the way that a mature adult woman should be communicating.
Rosie, a few words for you: this was shamefully immature behavior and very manipulative, and I believe that you are continuing to manipulate the situation via the media. You clearly love to have other people recognize you as a “defender of humanity”… a person who loves social justice and fairness. But when someone disagrees with you, there is nothing that you will not do to discredit him or her. This is very narcissistic behavior.
Look, I don’t particularly agree with Ms. Hasselbecks’ politics but she demonstrated a great deal of class in the face of your very public attack against her character and integrity. And it is my opinion that you owe the woman an apology for doing so. You won’t though, Rosie…. because you have to continue to see yourself as a victim. It clearly gives your life meaning and purpose… sad.
Rosie, please consider re-examining your irrational and excessive hatred of all things conservative/religious. I’m an older lesbian, with an adopted adult son who is serving in U.S. Marines and I’m very proud of his service and the work that he is doing in Iraq. I do want him to come home, but I don’t want him to come home until his work there is finished and the truth, is that our men and women are making tremendous progress in Iraq as a write this.
As a gay sister, I’m conservative in both my politics and in my religious practices. I don’t believe that lesbianism = libralism and I don’t believe that all conservatives and Christians are out to persecute gay people. Clearly you do, and I think that’s quite unfortunate.
I know from experience that religious faith adds an element of depth to the lives of many gay people in this nation, and allows them to serve their communities well and live out their lives with courage, humanity, clarification and purpose. Perhaps some honest exposure to differing opinions might be in order?
You would do well to publicly apologize to Ms. Hasselbeck, Rosie.. it is in my opinion, the right thing for you to do.

Elizabeth wiped the floor with Rosie. She based her argument on facts. Rosie needs to review the facts and not expect other people to defend her insinuations. Rosie we are not picking on you because of your weight or your sexual orientation. We are educated enough to understand what your statements were insinuating. To Ask Elizabeth to defend you as a friend is like hiding behind your mother’s skirts when you are a child . I agree that you need to defend your insinsuations yourself. And please quit with the “gay card” its getting as old as the “race card” .
