You’re So Vain You Probably Think This Song Is About You
Warren Beatty admits it: he was so vain.The once-notorious Hollywood lothario has acknowledged what many in the business have long suspected: that he’s the self-absorbed ladykiller Carly Simon sang about in her 1973 hit “You’re So Vain.” “Let’s be honest,” the 70 year-old-star told the Express. “That song is about me.”
The identity of the cad Simon sang about has been such an intense source of speculation that in 2003, NBC sports head Dick Ebersol paid $50,000 at auction to learn of the identity of the man who was so vain that he watched himself in the mirror.
“After years of running around and having a good time, I began to realize with some embarrassment that in most ways my movies all seem to return to one fairly unoriginal recurring theme: ‘Love conquers all,’ ” he said. “I don’t know if it’s true but it seems to be true for me.”
Man it has got to be the hardest thing in the world to be an old Warren Beatty now thinking back about all the wild sex he once had, and now no one under 35 knows who is is. I heard all the crazy stories about this guy as a kid, but never thought he was any sort of a sexmachine in Hollywood because I always saw him as an old dude. But back in the dizzo, he was hiting ass fer shizzo. But now that he’s really old, and that’s just plain gross. And even discussing it creeps me out.

Wow, you really seem to be hung up on berating older people. What’s you’re problem? Did you discover a gray hair or a wrinkle? Do you hate yourself, your mom, your grandparents? My greatest fear is growing old and being as pathetic as these celebrities. People have been trying to figure out this song for how long now?!
And now that NO ONE CARES, they run to the press and try to get their names recognized again because they are trying to relive the glory days they once had.

Woah, you’re really a nasty, mean person. It’s one thing to complain about Beatty being a love ‘em and leave ‘em skunk but it’s another thing to bash him for being what we’ll all be eventually. You’re really pathetic.
