Thomas Haden Church The Sandman
Spider-Man 3 villain Thomas Haden Church was so attached to his Sandman character in the film, he suffered a minor bout of depression when the shoot was over. The star spent so long getting into character as comic book superhero Spider-Man’s nemesis, he struggled to release the bad guy when filming wrapped.
He says, “I’m not out of that mindset yet. I know that sounds like actor bulls**t, but you kind of lock into somebody, and Sandman was a very big part of me. I told my fiancee, ‘Man, I kind of have this weird postpartum thing.’ It was such an intense part of my life for the past two years.”
His wife is getting pissed off cause he keeps bringing sand into the bed with him. He is also contracted crabs, but he blames it on the beach. It is also reported that Thomas Haden Church got rid of his expensive Rolex and now wears an Hour-Glass on his wrist. He is also looking to play Mr. Sandman on Broadway. Maybe he should enlist in the Army so he can be in the desert in Iraq. What do you have when a Thomas Haden Church is buried up to his neck in sand? Not enough sand. Ok I am out of bad jokes now.
