Howard K. Stern Will Give Up Custody If Larry Birkhead Named Father Of Dannielynn.Anna Nicole Smith’s companion Howard K. Stern won’t challenge paternity rival Larry Birkhead for custody of the tragic model’s child - if the photographer is named the baby’s biological father.A DNA test was carried out last month and results are expected to be released later today.
They should have done this all on the Maury Povich. They do 5 paternity tests before they go to the first commercial break for Christ’s sake! Can a nigga get a paternity test, whoop whoop!

I told you that he was the father. I also said that the lawyer was unethical to be sleeping with her and still be her attorney. It is hard to prove with and overdose who administered the dosage. I think Stern did in Danny and Anna. Strange how for over a week he wouldn’t let anyone into the house. I wonder what he was cleaning up? Like letters she wrote maybe? The perscriptions were in his name but supposedly for Anna. He’s an attorney and should know that it’s illegal to take someone elses medication . God knows what happened and he will settle this one day. I am happy for Larry, NOW GO GET YOUR DAUGHTER! You won’t tramatize her forget what Stern says.

The Anna Nicole Smith DNA controversy is over!
Photographer Larry Birkhead has been determined as the biological father of the late model’s seven-month-old daughter Dannielynn.
Smith’s ex-boyfriend revealed the news to the world and declared, “I told you so,” as the crowd surrounding a Bahamian courthouse cheered.
Howard K. Stern, Smith’s longtime companion, who also claimed to be Dannielynn’s father, told reporters that he was disappointed with the results, but will not fight Birkhead for custody of the child.
Anna Nicole’s estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, is excited that Birkhead is the father. She told reporters, “All I care about is Dannielynn’s well-being.”
