Laguna Beach Star Jason Wahler Arrested
Former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler was reportedly arrested in North Carolina over the weekend. Wahler was supposedly cuffed when he “resisted a public officer” during an underage drinking raid. According to TMZ.com, the 20-year-old, who will reach the US’s legal drinking age when he turns 21 in January, was confronted by members of the Alcohol Law Enforcement Division at Rumors nightclub where he claimed he didn’t have any ID. After being hauled off to the Pitt County Jail, Wahler apparently posted US$1,000 bail but will have to go to court to face the charges next month. Great! All these underage celebrities are always drunk, and I always say to myself….aren’t they under 21? Lindsay Lohan has been clubbing for 5 years, and she’s 20!
