This dude is creepy as hell. He’s a horrible actor and seems to be smiling while crying. He in a weird spot being involved with two murders so closely connected. Here’s my insane theory: Howard K Stern killed Anna Nicole Smith’s son, impregnated Anna Nicole Smith with his semen, while she was passed out. He then killed her, knowing that he would get custody of Anna’s baby and the hundreds of millions of dollars. It is an insane theory, I Know, but I am saying it first.
Larry Birkhead :
Larry Birkhead, the man who insists he is the real father of Anna Nicole Smith’s 5-month-old daughter Dannielynn and is suing to prove it, says he tried to save Anna from the drugs that might have killed her.Larry says when he tried to stop. Anna Nicole and her son Daniel from using drugs, she pushed him away.
According to source, when Anna told him that she was pregnant with his baby, Larry told Anna she was either going to have to give up the dugs, or give up the baby.

Another potential father has joined the messy paternity battle over Anna Nicole Smith’s baby girl Dannielynn - her bodyguard Alex Denk. In a new TV interview, Denk claims he was the late model/actress’ secret lover - and he fathered her daughter, who is the subject of a paternity fight between Smith’s partner/attorney Howard K. Stern and ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead.

He was on the Insider TV show and admitted he was close friends with her and had hung out. Maybe some sexy dancing led to the horizontal mamba on a Saturday Night fever.

Howard Stern alluded to this since Anna had a creepy relationship with her son and this could have been a sick twisted sexual taboo. This could explain why she did not want a DNA test. This would have ruined her career.
Bill Clinton :
This is a 1/2 of 1% chance possibility. With Hilary getting ready to run for President, what more fun would it be to have the former President impregnate Anna Nicole Smith? Probably not, but fingers crossed.
J. Howard Marshall :
Bizarrely, Anna Nicole’s sister also thinks Dannielynn could be the result of the preserved sperm of the oil giant J. Howard Marshall who the former Playboy playmate controversially married in 1994. What kind of weird thing is this? Maybe it was in the will? Maybe she HAD TO DO IT to get the money?

At the end of the day, here at Star Muscle thinks it is Howard K Stern, but she got pregnant without her knowledge, and there was no “secret” wedding that they had both planned. She ALWAYS said she would never sleep with this guy publicly. No matter what, Anna Nicole Smith was a slut.

I think this is a double murder case. As for Howard being the executor for the will, did not think so carefully when he wrote it. She may have been drugged then forced to sign a paper taht she did not understand. He really did some deep thinking, let’s see now,… I need to get rid of the son first, in case he decides to spit from me with all the cash, you see Howard has Nicole in the palm of his hands but not Daniel. I take it he would be very jealous of Daniel. #2, Get rid of Nicole, Knowing that he did not have to worry about the baby getting the cash, and he would be the sole in the trust fund. But he forgot one thing. The will elimanates any boyfriends, spouces, and etc. So I think Howard , YOU ARE ELIMANATED FOR BEING A SPOUCE. Maybe that is why he just decided to have a fake wedding in the Bahamas, just to let her think she is getting married, then decided to snuff her out before a real wedding. Some questions arise, #1 Where was Howard when Anna Died? #2 Where was her nurse? #3 When Howard new Anna was very sick with 105 fever , why was she not taken to a hospital? #4 Why did he let her to take such a dangerouse drug? #5 Why not show up in court? Would’nt you think that this is a important time to go to court? Or doe’s he have something to hide. He is probably thinking up Plan B.

Hi, I think the whole thing stinks of greed, murder from all the dirt bags coming out of the woodwork. It’s terrible the way they have treated that poor woman who was totally controled by the “dirt bag” Howard K. Stern.Reguardless of who and what she was and represented,people should respect her as a human being and a mother who has suffered the worst loss anyone could. I really feel so sorry for her that no one stepped in to help her through her loss and suffering-all anyone around her could see was dollar signs. We need to pray for her soul and the child she left behind.

I have got to go with the sickest most bizarre case out here…..I think the baby belongs to her son Daniel. The DNA test I believe will be a bomb dropper. Marshall???nah, she would have done it a lot sooner just to gouge his son….Howard Stern? Possibly, but only if they were some kind of wierd swingers like someone else said, NOBODY sticks around for that long and takes that kind of mental abuse just for money. Von Anhalt, Birkhead and the other stiring of losers she has been around for the past 19 years haven’t impregnated her…whoever is the father WAS THE FATER ON PURPOSE IE: ANNA WANTED A BABY FROM THEM SPECIFICALLY. I really believe Stern did care for Anna Nicole, but Anna Nicole did whatever she wanted and NOBODY was going to stop her because most people around her had their hands out for cash or publicity. Stern also kept people away from Anna and her creepy relationship with Daniel. Does anyone thinkk it is REALLY WIERD that she named the baby a contraction between her sons name and her middle name? I think her son killed himself because of it… and since he was the only person Anna REALLY ever loved, she overdosed as well. I don’t think any of it is an accident. Howard Stern is just guilty of being a simpering pathetic co-dependent, but who knows what his sexual proclivities were…I always thought he was gay personally.

I don’t think Howard K Stern had anything to do with Daniels death. It was in his best interests for Daniel to be alive as under the terms of Anna Nicoles will if Daniel was still alive the entire estate would have gone to Stern to hold in trust, manage and dispense money to Daniel as and when he decided to.Dannielynn’s paternity would have been irrelevant as everything would have gone to Daniel.
If Dannielynn is Daniels child everything will still go to Stern as Daniels executor to manage.
Logically if Birkhead or the many others who claim to be dannielynn’s father would not be entitled to anything if Daniel was alive. If anything Daniel was Sterns real meal ticket so why would he want to kill him leaving himself in a position to get nothing

They need to get the FBI on this case - she died on an Indian reservation so they would have jurisdiction - but what others me is that no one is investigating this seriously. What’ really horrifying is that with all this coverage and with this much at stake that no law enforcement in the US is bothering to check this out! They’re waiting for a toxicology report? The FBI has the resources to investigate in several states and go to the Bahamas if necessary.
The biggest risk I see is Howard doing a murder/suicide with Dannielynn and leaving a note saying that “now we’ll all be together” Think about how any times we see men kill the kids and then themselves to keep a rightful parent from getting kids in a custody case. I can’t imagine what Larry’s going through.
That poor baby needs to be out of that house now and IF they let the bahamian officials get ahold of that child, she needs to have a toxicology test done on her hair. She’s probably already been drugged.
She’ll be darn lucky if she isn’t already irrevocably brain-damaged and impaired.
As for the cash. I think the money needs to stay the Marshall family where the people are who built that fortune, and if anything goes to Anna Nicole, they need to donate all but 5 million to drug abuse prevention programs.
If Larry can get that kid to Kentucky and let her be raised by peole with some values - that’d be great. Otherwise, we’re looking at a Paris Hilton or Nicole Richie in the making in a few years - with “uncle Howie” and Daddy Larry taking pictures. And I hope to heck that if anyone tells her about her mother that she has some normal woman as a role model for her formative years.
Say what you will about Vergie - she had Daniel for his first 7 years and he seemed to have turned out ok. Anna probably was a victim of incest or rape as she was implying - but that’s all the more reason to seek professional help - and not the drugs that Howard was all too willing to shove at her.

Now NO ONE can touch that baby, because the bahamas is so freakin slow, they take so much time, because there the only place who has jurisdiction over the paternity. Now, I think that the baby is Larry birkheads, BUTTTTT It could also be daniels baby(her son) because she was SO IN LOVE WITH HIM, and she was so distraught when he died. HOward K stern could be the only person who knows that daniel is the father and that is why they moved to the bahamas, and that is why he refuses to give the baby up for a DNA test. If she slept with all these guys, what makes you think that she wouldnt sleep with her son?…

I believe that a postpartum mother could be emotionally overwhelmed by the birth and loss of a child so close together without the baby being the son of the older child. If I lost my child for any reason I would probably be as distraught as Anna was over Daniel. At least I wouldn’t be forced to grieve in the public eye. I am very upset that Anna’s death semms to have been underinvestigated. The circumstances are so unusual that it warrants further investigation to rule out homicide. As for who is the baby’s father, this question is decided every day in our family and probate courts. It’s a travesty that the proceedings in this case are such a circus. The judge should be removed and replaced with a professional worthy of the responsibility of determining the paternity and future of this child.

I think the people involved in this are only there for the fame and the money they don’t care what happens to the baby but have to make themself’s look good by fighting over this with all the money Anna nicole Smith had there should of been a written will or something that would of said what she wanted when she died. I don’t get why they haven’t figured out what killed her yet with all the technology we have now that should of been discovered right of way.

Larry Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn. Daniel ask for a private investigator to check out everyone who was living with Anna. Then he died. Anna had to have help to the bathroom in the morning of her death but took chloral hydrate 2-3 hours before her death. The chloral hydrate was in a duffel bag so if she was too weak to go to the bathroom then someone gave her the drug. Everyone is lying to protect themselves. This needs a very thorough investigation by people who know what they are doing. HKS is scared to death because he is hiding something in both the paternity and the deaths. End of story.

After this weekend, I have switched from thinking it was Stern’s baby to thinking it was Daniel’s. I’ve had the thought before but now I’m 99% sure. Birkhead’s dates are off… he’s calculating on a nine month scale like most men… any woman who’s been pregnant will assure you pregnancy lasts almost 10 months (40 weeks - a month is approximately 4 weeks). He claims they were broke up for a couple of months but got together one last time in January) well, Larry, she got pregnant in December (even assuming they took her a little early because of c-section and they couldn’t have taken her much too early because she wasn’t abnormally small).
