TR Knight Leaving Greys Anatomy
Is T.R. Knight leaving the hit show, Grey’s Anatomy? The actor was the subject of a widely-publicized homophobic slur by a cast mate and he “is so upset about the situation and so disgusted by how it was all handled,â€? that he’s planning to leave the show, says a source.
“He was told not to say anything about the whole incident,â€? says the insider, referring to an on-set dust up in October when fellow cast member Isaiah Washington referred to Knight, who plays Dr. George O’Malley, with a derogatory word used to describe gay men.Isaiah Washington was NOT quoted as saying, “Suck it up like a man you little Nelly girl. Stop being a faggot pansy and be a professional. This is a great show and the money’s great, and aside from being gay, you are a horrible actor and you will not get another job as good as this.”
WHAAAAAAAAAA, you called me name! TR should come back and call him the N WORD and be even with it. If you leave then HE wins, THEY ALL WIN! Don’t let them beat you down. Demand HE LEAVES! Either he goes, or I go!

That graphic is too much…. I honestly believe in healing and moving on in life but hey, come on, many of us out of the spotlight leave our jobs out of disgust and fear of working in an uncomfortable environment. TR has been a class act throughout all of this - even handling the situation with some brief humor on Ellen. I’m deeply offended by the graphic and wonder why it was even posted in the first place. Shame. What shame. I assume Mr. Washington is seeking redemption with attending rehab over a slur. An insult, they lying, then another insult does not constitute rehab. They should have fired his ass immediately after embarrassing everyone connected with that show. I wish TR the best.

GIVE ME A BREAK! The idea of quitting the most popular show on television because someone said something to hurt your feelings! Whaaa! Get over it! Seeing that Mr. Knight is really gay, you can’t tell me that he’s never heard the reference before. I would dare to say that he’s heard the reference pertaining to himself before!! Not saying that it’s right or should be tolerated, just keeping it real. Isiah Washington should be allowed to apologize and they should all move forward. Let it go! Going to rehab for something you said?? GIVE ME A BREAK!

The whole rehab for hurtful speach is to get them out of the public’s eye and interviews til it cools over.

hey i think that it is a shame it came out like it did.t r was forced to come out and is his carrer has been ruined over this. People look at him differently and he feels it.i like t r role in the show and do not want to see him leave. i hope he thinks it over carefully and makes the right choice.

Being gay does not ruin a career. Shame of whom you are is what will ruin a career. T.R. needs to hold his head high and be proud of himself. He is wonderful actor in an outstanding show portraying an important role in that show. Whoever you are and wherever you go people will say hurtful things and do hurtful things. It is all how you deal with it.
