Tossing The Salad - Rosie O’Donnell
On The View, Rosie O’Donnell talked about tossing the salad and if you are a gay man you will ask to toss salad at dinner time.For being such an ‘out-and-out gay’ activist, it is unbelievable that Rosie has never heard the term `Toss the Salad’ (official Gay dick-tionary Def-in-intion: Eatin Buttocks) but she clearly had no idea what she has said. If you pay close attention you can see that Elisabeth does know but doesn’t want to let on that she knows.
Off camera EVERYONE knows and is trying to get Rosie to shut up, but she’s clueless and it’s too late anyway, she’s already put her foot in her mouth. What a week it’s been. Thanks, Rosie. The great entertainment just keeps on coming. It is still unbelievable to me how Rosie can continue to be a top story every single day.

I think that Rosie totally knew what she said, but quickly tried to cover her tracks. Kind of like what you would do if you accidentally said it in front of your grandma. You can almost see her realize “oh shit, should not have blurted that out on daytime TV”. Nice save, though!

I had never heard the term before, until I said at Christmas dinner, “move aside boys, I have to toss the salad” and all three of the people under 21 standing there burst out laughing. I could not understand and they could not believe I didn’t know that term. I always thought I was pretty up on the lastest things, but I guess not! You’d think Rosie would be though.

I have been out of the closet 25 years and my partner has been out over thirty, neither of us have heard the term “toss the salad” and there are no caves in Fort Lauderdale.

On the same day that Miss Rosie is putting down the “little blue pill” for encouraging older men to be “…even more aggresive sexually…”, she praises Peter O’Toole for his performance in movie where he is in his 80’s and has a crush on a 19 year old ‘girl’! It appears that no matter what happening, she does have her own agenda.
