The guy in the black getting his ass kicked is Joel Madden, ex-boyfriend of Hilary Duff and current boyfriend of Nicole Richie. The guy doing the ass-kicking is Shifty Shellshock, best known as the guy that once kicked the ass of Joel Madden.
