Celine Dion’s multimedia production “A New Day” will close Dec. 15, after a nearly four-year run at the Caesars Palace hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip, producers announced Wednesday. Too many people’s ears were bleeding ey?
“As we prepare ourselves to say goodbye, I know this will be the best year yet,” Dion said in a statement outlining production changes for the show’s final year. I am very sorry that I hurt your people’s ears and make babies cry.
Sources say her high pitch annoying voice killed 17 species of birds and rodents in the greater Las Vegas area. Maybe people were pissed off at $120 a ticket for BS lip-syncing crap. Good riddens Frenchy. Caesars has not yet announced Dion’s replacement.

I guess you’re trying to be funny, but the truth is that the show is at the end of its contract. Cher, for better or worse, will be replacing Celine in 2008. The length of the show was for three years and she extended it for a fourth. Cancelled? I don’t think so.

Her concert rocks!!! I am sorry you don’t understand much in music, since you can write stuff like this. The tickets for the last year are already all bought out! I guess people just love to make themselves suffer since they have voted “A new day” to be the best concert in Vegas and every seat in the house is sold every day she has a concert.
Next time do some research before writing…

I love Celine Dion I had tickets to see her wen i went out there in March but she was sick and had to cancel her show. I was mad. Wish I could go before she is done or wish she would stay more time so I could get a chance to see her show. Great performer and singer.

I have just got back home from a long 4 flights to Vegas, with our friends. We had planned our trip a long time ago and was looking forward to seeing Celine Dion, and like thousands of others we faced utter disapointment when told the show was canceled, I think she should remember who put her where she is today, she may have a voice but you need people to listen, as for me I would think twice before I would risk buying a ticket to see her again. So think long and hard Celine before you dissapoint all your fans, where would you be then.

What bullshit…Celine made history with this show and enjoyed 6 years of SOLD OUT performances! Ranking #1 in the world with over 200 million records sold, I guess your opinion really doesn’t mean a shit now does it!

I also traveled far, took time off work and spent alot of money to see Celine Dion in her show in Vegas before it closed only to get there and find the show was canceled. I was more than disappointed that there was nothing but a “Too Bad…that’s the risk you take when you buy a ticket to a live show” from Ceasars Palace employees when my family and I showed up to the canceled show. You would think that someone with so much power and money would do more for her fans that spent so much time and hard earned money to see her and support her would at least give those who came to see her a signed picture or CD. Just something…instead of just a “Too Bad…” Makes me look at her in a new light that she doesn’t seem to care. I’ll never buy a ticket to her concert again.

Fuck off! Celine Dion is a fucking embarrassment. I remember watching her on Sunday night TV many years ago when she was a nothing. She’s a self-centered idiot and always has been. She never speaks intelligently. Have you seen her on Larry King? I was ashamed that she even mentioned Canada.
Yes Celine, do go home to Quebec and fucking stay there. I just hope you never pop up on CBC on Sunday night again!!
