Goldman Sues OJ Simpson Again
![]() |
Johnathan Polak, attorney for the family of Ron Goldman holds a news conference in Indianapolis Tuesday, which he asserts the Goldman family is entitled to the proceeds (of OJs book deal) as a result of Simpson being found guilty in 1997 civil wrongful death lawsuit filed by the Goldman family.
The federal lawsuit filed in California by Fred Goldman’s Indianapolis-based attorney accuses Simpson of “fraudulent conveyance” and alleges that he created a shell corporation that received at least $1.1 million as part of the TV interview and book, titled “If I Did It.”. Now if OJ spent all this money quickly is he still responible for paying it back to the Goldmans? How does this legal process work? I wish the Goldmans wrote a hypothetical book called, "What if I killed OJ?" and have the book detail how a killer played the system and laughed at justice every step of the way, and how the victim’s family took things into their own hands…..HYPOTHETICALLY, of course. |

My heart goes out to the Goldman & Brown families. OJ is a man with NO conscience, who brags about beating the “system”.But his ego will seal his fate,as well as his stupidity! Although the state of california can’t re-try him again (double jepardy),the Feds can. So,if his gross book mentions any details that only he “The Killer” would know, then mabye they’ll get involved.
Especially now that he’s being investigated for fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, ect.Thats all federal,I can’t believe I’m going to say this….I’m loving the I.R.S today.Thats how they got Al Capone, for life.Even though he always beat the system w/ payoff’s,blackmail, killing witness after witness, jury tampering….ect.the feds got him on money laundering and mail fraud, and the federal court judge gave the max.sentence(Life on all counts).Capones worst enemy was his big ego&mouth, just like O.J.!!!I hope that the brown/goldman family will see justice done for Nicole&Ron,as well as Nicole’s children.

Pleaase people it’s time to movoe on. Don’t spend your life hating someone who may or maynot be guilty. This is only eating you up and making your life miserable. If you want what you got keep doing what you’ve done, if you want something different do something you never done.
Pray for him and love him it will make all the difference in the world.
