Keith Urban, the new husband to Nicole Kidman, just left rehab from the Betty Ford Clinic and arrived in Sydney after his treatment for drug dependency. His first step in helping his marriage: taking Nicole to a movie. It was the first time that the couple was seen in public since Keith’s admission to the Betty Ford Hospital in the US.
In the late 1990’s, Keith battled cocaine addiction. However, he checked into Cumberland Heights, a treatment centre in Nashville in 1998 and was determined to give up the habit, after going through a bumpy life.On October 2006, Keith checked into the Betty Ford Clinic to fight against alcohol abuse. He issued a press release about addressing his challenge, noting his appreciation for the “support and the unwavering strength of my wife, family and friends” and adding that he felt “calm and optimistic about the future and with finally coming to terms with the reality of my condition.”

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, recently reunited for the holidays as Urban was allowed out of rehab, are ignoring rumors and claims that Amanda Wyatt, a lingerie model, has made that she carried on a drug-fuelled affair with the singer up until the marriage to Kidman.
Lingerie model Amanda Wyatt claims that she was carrying on an affair with Keith Urban from 2004 right up to June 2006, when Urban married Nicole Kidman. She spoke to The Mail on Sunday and said, “I feel sorry for Nicole. Keith cheated on her repeatedly with me, right up to just before they got married. He’s done it once and he will probably do it again.”
