Last week, a court dismissed a $10-million U.S. defamation lawsuit filed by Britney Spears against Us Weekly magazine in response to a report that she and Kevin Federline had made a sex tape and were worried about its release. Well, it appears that such a tape may exist, and Fed-Ex is threatening to make it public unless he can get some money out of Spears as part of their divorce settlement.
Federline has allegedly been shopping a four-hour tape of him and Spears engaged in a variety of explicit sex acts shot at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles early in their relationship, and an Arizona film company wants to make it available online, according to Britain’s News Of The World newspaper. The asking price is reportedly $65 million U.S.
